US Legislative Alert!
Please note this new bill, HR45, being introduced in the House is very dangerous and we need to be united in opposing it. More info here.
The Mother Lode Gun Club will be offering five $500 scholarships this Spring. Four will be available for high school seniors within Tuolumne County, and one will be offered for a MLGC  member, child, grandchild, or great-grandchild of a current member, who is an equivalent of a senior in high school or older. Tuolumne County seniors can pick up their applications at the following high schools: Sonora, Summerville, Tioga, Don Pedro. If home school or charter, you will pick up application at the high school in the district where you
live. For those out of the area, the form is available as a .pdf download here.
California Legislative Alert!
Unfortunately this new bill, AB962, was passed by the Assembly and sent to the Govenor for his signature, and he signed it into law.  More info here. There is a move to attach a repeal of this to another bill next year. More info will be added when it is available.
